Robert Taylor

Robert E. Taylor - President / CEO (Bob)

A native of Bloomington, Indiana, and graduate of Bloomington North and Indiana University, Bob as President & CEO is responsible for the daily operations of the Bank, as well as the long-run strategic direction of the Bank. Bob has 39 years' banking experience and has been an executive officer for over 20 years. Under Bob's leadership, the Bank has experienced steady growth and has opened five new Banking Centers (Bloomington, Linton, Bloomfield, Bedford and Bicknell) and a new Lending Center in Bloomington. Bob's passion is to make sure that all employees do everything they can to fulfill the Bank's mission statement.

Danielle Connor

Danielle Conner - SVP Risk Management/Lending Operations

Danielle is a native of Spencer, Indiana and a graduate of Owen Valley High School. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She graduated from the Graduate School of Banking in 2017. She is responsible for risk management, lending operations and compliance oversight for the Bank. Danielle also leads our marketing and is actively engaged in community outreach. Danielle lives in Spencer with her husband Chris and their son Matthew.

Jerry Hays

Jerry L. Hays - SVP Market Executive (NMLS 211895)

A lifelong resident of the area, Jerry is responsible for business development across all lines of business in the Bloomington and Bedford Indiana markets with a focus on developing new relationships with business owners.

Keith Knipstein

Keith Knipstein - SVP CFO

Keith is currently CFO of Owen Financial Corporation and Owen County State Bank. He is responsible for finance, accounting, treasury and human resources. He has worked in Banking over 20 years including 6 years in public accounting where he specialized in auditing and consulting for financial institutions ranging from $50 million - $3 billion. Keith is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Indiana CPA society and a 1993 Ball State University Miller College of Business graduate. Keith lives in Bloomington Indiana with his wife Stephanie and their three children.

Rick Krouse

Rick Krouse - SVP Operations

Rick Krouse is a graduate from Indiana University Kelly School of Business and has over 38 years banking experience. Rick oversees the internal operations, information technology, and data processing areas of the Bank; responsible for Core system management and delivery of electronic customer services. He manages the information security, business continuity, and vendor management programs for the Bank as well.
